Another Group winner for INTIKHAB
9th May 2010
Fat Choy Ichiban, a son of Derrinstown Stud’s Intikhab, led a 1–2 for Irish-bred horses when landing the Gr.3d Queen Mother Memorial Cup Handicap at Sha Tin yesterday. The five-year-old just got the better of his compatriot King Dancer also known as Uramazin (Danehill Dancer), with Gallant Champion (Keeper) in third.
Bred by Jeo and Edel Banahan, he was sold at Tattersalls Foal and Yearling Sale and is out of an unraced half-sister to the Gr.1 1,000 Guineas winner Harayir (Gulch).
