
Listed Win for INTIKHAB’S Indiana Gal

The Listed Salsabil Stakes at Dundalk was won by the four-year-old filly Indiana Gal. This was her first run over a mile and two and a half furlongs and she made good headway in the last quarter of a mile, taking the lead in the closing stages.
This was the first Stakes win for Indiana Gal, who has twice been placed at Gr.3 level. The daughter of Derrinstown Stud’s World Champion Miler Intikhab was bred by the Holborn Trust and was bought for 10,000gns at Tattersalls October Yearling Sale Part Two.
She is the sixth foal of her winning dam Genial Jenny (Danehill), from the family of the Gr.1 Haydock Park Sprint winner Tante Rose (Barathea) and the sires Broken Hearted and Royal Palace.
